You’re app is terrible. It only has a 1.7 rating out of 5. Doesn’t work when I am away from home. Why can’t you upgrade it?
Charging for an app???
Have had this app for years and find out upon changing my service contract that not only will I have a separate service charge just for having the app but I have been getting charged for it for years?! Was never told about this when taking up the contract initially, just that it’s an “easy app” to use to alarm. Never mind the fact the app doesn’t work half the time and constantly has to be rebooted. Hate it, ridiculous, and terrible customer service & management.
Terrible App, Terrible Company
This company does not care about their customers at all! I would give this business no stars if I could! They sent a service man to our house to check our boiler and the man was extremely rude and belligerent! A company who could hire someone so horrid and do nothing about his behavior is the absolute worst! Would not recommend Slomin’s to anyone and would warn everyone I know not to sign up with them! Oh and on top of that, the app is simply garbage.
App doesn’t open or allow me to log in
This app is useless now (9/29/23). I can’t login, get any info about my system. Is there a replacement app?
Nice app — when it works
The app is convenient to use — when it works, but it has stopped working a couple of times, and their customer service, while helpful, has had a hard time getting it working again. With an app like this, reliability is everything. Hence: one star.
App is as horrible as company
App doesn’t work well, disconnect from alarm often. Has limited functionality.
Needs to be updated to conform with new iPhones!
When will this app be updated to be faster? Every time when trying to turn on or off our alarm, the spinning circle pops up… and it takes a good 20 seconds to accomplish what we want. And it’s just not on my iPhone 14 pro. We know others with the same issue. When will this app be updated so that it can be used with the iPhone short cuts… Hey siri turn on or off my alarm. Does not work with this outdated Slomins app. This app is not free. We pay for it. So naturally it should be updated to conform with the new standard of iPhones. Maybe I can get a monthly credit for the outdated app?
