So disappointing
This app has never worked quite right. If this was a recent update it’s even worse now. Can you please spend some time fixing this. So far it’s useless! You took away features I used to like that used to work better; now they don’t work at all!

I can not even get up the app. It freezes my Mac. Can not get into the library to see designs. Upset that I am paying and can not do anything-

Whether on this app or the MS software, neither works after the last update. I can put items in my cart but am unable to checkout. It’s freezes while processing the payment. This has gone on for 3 days!!
