Bendeki iOS 14 sürümü olan iPhone 6S Plus ile kurulum yaptıktan sonra yeni ve güncel iOS cihazıma programı kurdum ve yetki vererek bu sorunu çözdüm.

It’s been a horrible experience so far. Please update the App. On iOS 15, the App keeps resetting itself. Allow users to create permanent/authenticated Users on the App rather than creating so many different users without any email authentication.
