Worst Service
Bad application and bad service provider, three times we asked them for fridge and washing machine services and they sent bad technicians who made the matters even worse. One of the technicians is an air conditioning technician but they sent him to fix washing machine!
Disappointed
They don't hear their customers. I complain about who they sent for fixing kitchen, very poor quality customer service. No one get back to me, I didn't want to pay the amount they don't deserved and they keep do spamming with the unpaid invoice and I end up with pay for this bad service...

This App will charge you 5KD just to send a handyman to come check the issue. If you call the same handyman directly they would come check the issue for free

تم طلب فتح قفل الباب بسبب ضياع المفتاح .. تم كسر قفل الباب ومن ثم كسر الباب بدون موافقتي .. ولم يتم التعويض او تصليح الباب وتم خصم مبلغ الخدمة بالكامل رغم تقديم شكوى!

Don’t ever take the cleaning services from them
I am writing this review while I wait for my cleaning crew to turn up. I scheduled a deep clean services for 10 AM on 9 Nov 2023 and had taken off from work for the deep cleaning to be done. They called me two times, once to anticipate the appt to 8 am and then to postpone the appt to 1130 AM. Why have customers schedule when you can’t meet the appt? On the day of the appt, team didn’t turn up till after 12 noon. The cleaning crew asked me for the address and location and yet ended up going into a completely unrelated building. No one in the cleaning service seems to know what they are doing. They were asked to go to the specific building by their team - so why waste my time asking for a location? I am so angry. Horrible logistics and horrible experience. Will never use MyHome for cleaning services again. Mind you they are charging me 95 KD. This is not what one expects for 95 KD and a full wasted day.
