Glitchy and Heavy
Why would such a huge company not focus on the application process? I’m very disappointed in the user interface which is loading for a long time. My existing package pops up sometimes, not always. It’s like a miracle I have to wait for. No transparency!!!!!!! I’m not a first time user of such telecom app. This app should be much helpful to the customers, instead wasting time and providing information in a complicated way. Your marketing ads never fail to show up in the app, rather should decide on the smoothness and convenience.

This app is extremely slow to load especially when standing in queue to pay for my tea and trying to open this app to get discount. Then it asks for app update each time too. So slow.

แอพเดิทค่อนข้างเร็วและใช้งานสะดวก แต่พออัพเป็นเวอร์ชั่นนี้แล้วช้ามาก ใช้อะไรไม่ค่อยได้ แม้จะใช้ iPhone 15 Pro Max ก็ยังช้า และปกติหน้าแรกจะแสดงยอดเงิน เดี๋ยวนี้ก็ไม่แสดงแล้ว ใครพัฒนาแอพนี้ควรไล่ออกยกทีม แอพนักศึกษาทำเล่นๆยังดีกว่านี้
