Lacks useful knowledge and remedies
A great tool for scheduling pertaining to the application of fertilizer but it does not measure rainfall correctly. A weather app accurately displays rainfall totals within 5 mile radius. This app has applied up to 1” of rain to the weekly rainfall meter for days that have officially reported as 0” which has led to a critical lack of water during summer! I am also frustrated with the lack of information or direction to resources when seeking knowledge on grass species and how to battle specific diseases. And why would the app know my lawn species but recommend filling in bare spots with a grass mix that has species that will ruin my lawn?

Why can’t i change the type of fertilizer i laid? It wont let me customize it. I laid triple action Scott’s but there’s no option to select that on calendar.

I am on my 4th year using the Scott’s program and app on my lawn. My lawn is green all season long, has virtually no weeds, no pests, and is thick and healthy. I have zero complaints.

I can’t change my subscription, see what’s been sent to me, see what’s been applied…it’s not useful at all. I’d like to see what’s been shipped or what’s scheduled to be shipped. I’ll have to cancel if not fixed.

All it does is constantly push a subscription service. Even if you have one you cannot alter your subscription through the app, you have to call in. App doesn’t track the information you put in accurately huge missed opportunity for Scott’s. I ended up canceling my subscription and started using a competitor app and their product

I have been using this app for 7 years. Even though you put your address in it does not monitor soil temperature for your area for when crab grass germinates and adjust your plan. This year we had earlier warmer temperatures and the app had application 3 weeks too late. I have also found it to be more difficult to use as it does not allow me to add other Scott’s products to my plan. I used Triple Action instead of Turf Builder with Halts and it did not give me the option to add. I am going to try the Yard Mastery app as it looks to be more comprehensive.
