United StatesEvery power loss requires major restart
Every time the WiFi power goes out or a new router is set up, the process to reconnect the cameras and notifications require someone to come out and reset everything. Extremely un handy. App is not very intuitive.

M.Connected is cluttered. Takes forever to login as it seems to go through a couple steps. Can’t setup a widget in iPhone for thermostats upstairs and downstairs. Had ecobee before. Sleek. Functional. Easy to schedule. Could see temperatures and status on Home Screen.
