App

I got the Daybetter 50ft LED lights. I tried to find the LEDnet-xxxxxx network but it won’t pop up on my IPhone. I honestly don’t know what to do now. I downloaded both apps (normal and pro) and both of them won’t connect to my Daybetter LED lights. I tried resetting my lights and it doesn’t show my 50ft lights on there. Again I don’t know what to do next.

No longer works.

Lights are now useless. Pretty mad about it!

iPhone 4s version works with old controllers

If you have lost control of your older controllers, and have access to old iPhone 4s or 4.....the older app version that downloads will still work with your controllers. Kinda pathetic it's not fixed yet and to resort to this option, but it works.

No Support

My lights no longer able to connect to the app, making them quite useless. Went and bought the Philips Hue. At least they won’t abandon you with no way to control your lights, and give you no warning or offer any way to fix the issue.

Used to work fine

But after the update all my lights are gone and I can't get them back. Another reviewer mentioned to doubled Magic Home Pro and indeed, there my strings do show up... Phew....

Missing bulb fix!

NOTE TO OTHERS: if this latest update made your lights disappear from the app, you should check out Magic Home Pro by the same developer. It’s free, too, and that one still detects my lights. Latest update no longer detects my light bulbs.

Latest update deleted all my devices

I had multiple devices defined in the app. Worked great for years. Now nothing.
