Décevant !
Depuis janvier 2016, ce n'est plus possible d'acheter Madame Figaro au numéro (seul un abonnement est proposé) alors que pour tous les autres magazines c'est le cas. Pourquoi ce changement ???

I subscribed to this magazine at the $5.99/month rate and could not download anything because a software error code immediately popped up. Tried restoring to no avail. Tried reinstalling to no avail. Tried rebooting, uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling to know avail. That wasn't even the beginning. The app's customer support team initially took days to respond and then said the problem was on Apple's end or my iPad. I told them I already did all the troubleshooting with Apple (including going to the Apple store and working with them on it). Apple refunded my subscription twice to see if the problem would go away by uninstalling the app and resubscribing. Immediately the same error occurred. When I told LeFigaro support they then disappeared off the face of the Earth never to return to this day. I have 30+ mags on my iPad and none of them have this problem and never have. All Madame Figaro's competitors including Vogue, Elle, Grazia, L'Officiel, Tattler, Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, French Revue, Glamour, Citizen K, Numero, V, Schon, W etc. have responsive customer support and their apps just work! I don't know where these guys went out (to) for lunch but they never came back. If Katia helps you with support you will get absolutely nowhere. I don't know if it's her or just their whole app team is uninterested. Either way the company needs to clean house and start afresh.

Beware, it happens that you pay the magazine, you download it, and then, no way to read it! This is the case for the one from May 7th. But it is not systematic. What can you do about that? When it works, it is quite fine
