FRAUD! There’s an app for that! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS APP!!!!! The app hasn’t been updated in years, the issues for sale don’t actually exist! There’s no menu, restore or nothing and Apple will take your money and will not issue refunds based on the App Store terms and conditions! Apple’s business ethnics went to the gave with Steve Jobs unfortunately!
Love Magazine App
The magazine is worthwhile and fun albeit a bit on the pricey side. The app however is horrible. I have lost several purchased issues with no way to restore them and seemingly total indifference from the app designers. There is no way to contact support on the app that works. If you like this magazine, read the print version in the store. The print magazine does not deserve to be purchased either due to the above. Far and away, the worst app of any Condé Nast publication. Time to go before I tell you how I really feel.
Can't restore purchases
Great magazine… annoying app. Quit trying to be arty in the interface and just make it usable… 3 issues purchased at $9 each, got a new iPad and can't restore purchases. Link to app support is dead.
App will not open or download
Same problem. Lost all of my issues with new apple software upgrade. App will not open. Issues are not cheap. Cannot re-download app. No idea how to solve the problem.
Can't Restore Purchases. Not happy.
I've spent over 20 dollars on issues and had I can't restore my purchases. They couldn't have made the app any more difficult to use if they tried. There is also no support links on their website or the app. Pitiful.
Love love mag but need app support
I have a problem with downloading for issue 5 after purchasing, is there any app support or help to solve this problem? Thanks.
Some bugs need to be ironed out
Some content fails to download properly. This hurts particularly when the content in question happens to be a $8.99 magazine
