Not Amazon Compatible
I have had three plugs for years and they have always worked with my Amazon Echos. Sometime in the past week, the link to Amazon has been broken. I’ve seen that this has happened to many people through the Alexa app. The plugs communicate with that Litedge app but when trying to connect the app to the Alexa app, an error occurs.

Extremely buggy, and unreliable pairing process. I ordered 6 light bulbs, and the app won’t let you pair all 6 at the same time, only one at a time. And even then, the connection only succeeds like 50% of the time. This problem is compounded by the fact that the bulbs are only in pairing mode for a limited time, so since it takes forever to pair one bulb at a time, the remaining unpaired bulbs always time out of pairing mode and you have to put them back in pairing mode by turning the switch on and off. The problem is: paired AND unpaired bulbs are on the same switch, so you literally have to UNINSTALL the paired bulbs, then put them all back in pairing mode, and repeat this extremely annoying process over and over again until they are all paired. Horrible, frustrating experience.
