I’m not sure what happens to my review but The app is overall great. The face of the app is easy to look at, and it’s easy to navigate. I love how the staff responds when you have questions. The only reason why I left a four-star’s is because it’s really difficult to keep a good clientele and all I continue to get is messages about inappropriate things. Also, the fact that counselors cannot make a post I really feel that the developers need to monitor chat rooms to keep counselors and clients safe. People should not be allowed to try to manipulate counselors into talking about inappropriate things. Councilors should be able to have wrongfully negative reviews removed with proof. These people who like to message counselors to get inappropriate things should be flag and filtered out of the system and they should not be allowed to continuously make 1000 profile, so that they can keep doing what they are doing. I really hope the developers monitor the chats to make sure people are not doing these type of things. I would really like to use the app more, but this is the issue that keeps me from coming back I do recommend the app for those actually need help in for those who really want to help. I love how the payments work and how easy it is to use. They just need to fox those issues.
