every day i check on the app to see if i have some surveys to do for points but it say i completed all the surveys for today which i didn’t and i don’t habe points for “completing” them either. I have also completed setting up my account. i also don’t like how i have to log in every time when i open the app and it happens even when i press remember me. i would like a developer to respond to help me with my problems. other than that this app is amazing and i hope over the years there are going to be more gift card choices.

Hi! I’ve wanted to try Leo, seems like a cool app. Everything has worked out while setting up my account but this app just not let me get pass when I was born I put my gender and my year but it leaves me stuck on “2000/7” I’ve been trying to put “2000/7/7” for so long but it just won’t work I don’t know what I did wrong or if I pressed something. Disappointed that I didn’t get to get to a survey.

I was using this app for one year and everything was going great and I got a payment for PayPal once and then a couple of months later I just deactivated for no reason and I’ve been trying to contact the team for 1 to 2 business days and then I sent him another email because I never responded to the last email that I did now the only way I can get their services is through the website I can’t even get in on the app and everything is correct and when I went to go to forgot password it said I was deactivated once I deactivated for I was doing everything correctly so somebody from the team please contact me because I really wanna know what happened thanks I don’t do much reviews on apps so this is kind a like my first one
