Unreliable, wish I’d gone with Lutron
I bought QMotion shades for my entire house instead of Lutron because I liked their fabrics better and I listened to someone who told me they were cheaper but just as good as Lutron. Biggest mistake I ever made. App crashes, shades unpair, sometimes one shade goes up and down but the one next to it does not. Shades/rooms disappear. You can rename shades or change order on the app. Worst app and worst product ever, despite costing thousands and thousands of dollars for the shades. If I could give zero stars I would.

The app and function is down constantly. Stay away from these losers
App does not connect to shades
New firmware update does not work with app. Shades show up as offline. Have to use remotes as app does not connect to any shades even though the shades show up. Boo.
Broke again....
Consistently, every couple of months either the app breaks or the software or the “cloud” network at zigbe, legrand or wherever there stuff is goes bonkers. AWEFUL!!

Whether it’s the app or the shades themselves, they are the most unreliable shade product I have ever experienced.

Fails to work with QZHub...crashes every time.
Multiple Issues
I am an integrator and I recently had to replace a hub for a client because Qmotion no longer has the server to support the Qube. They sent the zhub3 which seems to work but this app is a different story. I was able to pair shades easily enough but the app constantly crashes, shades that were previously added to a group disappear and I can’t rename any of the shades. This is on both iPad and iPhone.
Delete Icon on the device page now correctly removes devices. Scanning For Zigbee channel timeout now gives a single popup message instead multiple of repeated popups.
