Easy peasy

Simple and straightforward to install. Although we’ve never had any waterline issues (touch wood), hope it works as advertised.

Leakbot Review

Set up was easy. It actually connected as intended so a welcome surprise. Took 5 minutes. Just need to download the Leakbot app and it walks you through it. My Leakbot is now set up. However, hoping to never have a need for it. Brett, Flanders, NJ.

Didn’t Work, Ghosted by Customer Support

Ordered this and when it came it would not hook up to my WiFi. Reached out to US customer support, who took three days to get back to me with suggestions. It still didn’t get on my WiFi (which works fine) and I reached out again. This time they asked for a lot more information about my phone, my router, and what the problem was. Didn’t I already tell them that? I sent them that almost two weeks ago and have not heard back. Meanwhile I keep getting emails to set up my LeakBot ASAP. Oh well
