Whatever 😢 doesn’t work anymore!! Please help!
This Klic app used to work perfectly fine on my Android phone… But now that I’m using IPhone 11 📱 it doesn’t work anymore… So here’s the problem: 1. First, I see [email and Password] then I click forgot password. 2. I see [Email] then [code] then next to code it says [Get code] and then it says [reset password]…. Well at first I enter my email (gmail account) then I type in my locker’s code (4 digit number), because I thought that’s supposed to be the code too, and then I type in a new password, and the app says invalid code.. On second try and again with the same locker’s code I click [Get Code] and then I click on the [Reset password] on the blue button and still says invalid code or non existent… I don’t know what I forgot.. I tried many times and nothing is working…. Can I please at least get an email and a code for my app (I don’t need a code for my locker) okay please help. All I simply need is the app code and password .. Also I forgot to mention I tried to register like pretending to be a new user to see maybe i must’ve deleted my account (so I tried to register as a new user account) and it says existing account or something like that , I forgot… But that doesn’t matter.. all I need is code and a new password for my app.

It's a great idea that falls short. I does function as it should, meaning is a lock and it opens and closes. Where it falls short is the functionality of it. First you have to wake up the lock to get it to connect to your phone by pressing the red button, which at that point you might as well just punch in your combo and unlock it like a normal lock. Basically it defeats the purpose of a "smart" lock. Secondly, you have to open the app on your phone, sign in, then you can press the unlock button and wait for it to transfer the command to the lock (all after having to press the button on physical lock to wake it up). Again, at this point it would be quicker to just key in the code on the actual lock. It really should be made that you tap the app and it uses your face id and automatically unlocks. Lastly, how is there no Apple watch support for it? Did the programmers forget Apple watches exist? Chances are a large majority of people purchasing this lock are doing so for the gym, which if they're big into the gym and working out there's a good chance they have an Apple watch. Seems very simple and surprising you cannot tap on an icon on your watch and unlock it, therefore not having to carry around my phone while I workout, also allowing to skip all the ridiculous steps that involves. So simply it's a lock, it unlocks and it locks. Great concept that falls very short of what I would consider a "smart" lock....

I was able to open an account with Klick /Tsunaml or som'n, worked great, then for unknown reasons was not able to sign in the app anymore... 🤷🏼♂️ now my locks are worthless...

What a pile of crap. All the reviews are right. App does not work. Lock does not work. Waste of money. I have a $5 lock I bought that works better. Why is it better? Oh. Because it actually works. Klic lock does not.

Didn't even try it. Installed the app and first wants me to register. IT'S A LOCK! Not a cloud service!! The only good place for this lock is the eWaste pile. Edit: HA! Just slammed it down on concrete, shackle opened right up. Yep, eWaste pile.

The lock is great the only problem I had was with trying to Scan the QR code on the lock. Don’t worry it’s an easy fix just try wirelessly connecting instead The lock is less than $3 And is so convenient and easy to unlock and you can use your the code to unlock it I couldn’t of asked for better
