Young Person Accounts A profile for those too young to be part of the conversation. You can grant them control when they turn 13. Memorial Accounts For those gone but not forgotten, so they remain part of your Kin family.
No Longer Working
Been down for about a month now. Took our money and ran. Lost shared family posts with no warning. Displeased to say the least.
App isn’t working anymore
I’ve been using the Kin app for almost a year and suddenly it isn’t functioning. The Kin website is down. Their email is down. I can’t reach anyone from the company to find out what is happening.
App Outage
The app is acting really funky. Been like this for the past several days now. It won’t update the feed and it keeps giving a network error message. Even the website is down. What’s the issue?
Very very unhappy
I have received charges to my bank account that i did not make as i had never heard of this app until about a month ago who the first charge occurred. I then reached out to support, emailing about my situation and waited for a response. None came, this month I received another charge, this time I downloaded the app, and made an account to try and contact support there. However there is no place for support on the app so once again i emailed the company. I have heard nothing back, i have never signed up for a subscription or ever downloaded the app (until recently to try and contact support). I have since asked my bank to block any charges from this app, and i am deeply upset and disappointed that no one has reached back out to help me or refund me the $10 they have took over the last 2 months. I would not recommend this app especially if you have young children who can make purchases through apps.
Social Media the Right Way
This is exactly the type of app I was looking for with social media. It strips away all the trash that IG, FB, SC, and twitter throw at you every second of every day. This is for truly connecting with your social group. So glad I found this app.
Kin App
I like the Kin app I can send media to my family. But the upload speeds are a bit bad. It takes like 5 seconds to upload a 3 second video. Also it recommends me to send a future message to my pets but when I try, I can’t. Good app overall but much rooms for improvement.
