Took 2 days to respond to my first support email and still have not responded to my second support email. The app on the computer is different than iPhone so the description on how to perform a task is not clear. Set the language in English and during the chat, it goes to French so not sure what is going on.

Scam they have the worst support. I have been asking for months to cancel my service. They tell you to go to their app and cancel your subscription, but the app won’t allow you to cancel if you email they will ignore and continue to charge giving you the same instructions so you only go in circles trying to cancel it. Going to have to cancel my credit card to get rid of them really bad service sad.!!!!!!
