Whether you need to get healthy, spice up your workout, or start from the very beginning, Humber Fitness offers a variety of fitness programs that will help you achieve your goals. Humber College's fitness centre is available for use to all college students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Humber Fitness offers personal training, group fitness classes, a variety of fitness programs, and special events. Intramural sports, also referred to as "Social Sports", these activities are available to students, staff & faculty, regardless of skill level or playing experience. 

Intramural sports programs are designed to give participants an opportunity to learn & play various sports, earn campus recreation rewards & network with other participants while enhancing their overall campus experience. 

Extramural programs are designed to give students the opportunity to participate in healthy competition in various sports and activities, against students from other schools, usually outside the bounds of their own campus. Humber North and Humber Lakeshore will participate as separate entities in men's indoor cricket, but will combine to be one team in all other sports.
