Detailed and Easy to book
I love that I have key access to our booked hotel room. No need to check in at front desk as the check in process can be done on the mobile app giving you access on your phone to enter your room. Convenient!
App quit working and there is no technical support
App worked great for 2-3 years but around April 23, 2024 it stopped working properly. It doesn’t show rates when searching future hotel stays, it stopped showing future stays, won’t upload new point totals etc. When contacting Hilton Diamond support folks they gave me email that is not currently monitored by the tech folks. Note that App had new update release on April 23rd—hmm could that be the issue??

Great hotels, GREAT customer service. What more could you ask for? I am a typical person who travels occasionally for personal reasons. I know I can count on Hilton to take care of me and my family.
Money over spent
Was booking putting in information and room went away had to spend 87 extra on a room I didn’t need
Needs a little improvement
You should be able to use two different cell phones on the same Hilton honors membership. For instance my wife should be able to book hotel rooms through the app from her phone as well as I should be able to do the same this day and age this technology should be there this is a big disappointment
