Won’t open my photos
Great app to store my photos and videos until 3 weeks ago. When I open the app and click on the photo icon, it closes the app automatically and takes me to my phone Home Screen. The video icon is still functioning properly. Please help!!!

App used to work great, now my videos I transferred to the app have no sound, and I can’t move them back to my photo album or share them to my files.

I have this app for some time now love it but recently I change phones and I can’t access to my photos I lost all my photos 😞 I report the problem but there is not response I guess I will have to change app unfortunately I will not be able to get my pics back 😡
