Very dissatisfied, disappointed & disgusted customer!!
I’ve been a subscriber to Hemmings Muscle Machines for nearly 20 years, and have been getting the digital versions for 13 years. I’ve always loved the app… until the latest update. Even though my issues were downloaded, I now cannot view them offline. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, deleting, reinstalling & redownloading my issues (even flipping through each page) to no avail. Even worse, 2 of my back issues (December 2013, June 2017) have disappeared completely from the archive-there’s an empty spot. I’m a very patient individual & hate to complain, but this is unacceptable!! Come on now, I paid for those issues. I really hope this is resolved, because this will be enough for me to cancel my auto renewal subscription. 😡
