Unable to book 90 minute massage anymore !!
I loved the convenience of being able to book my monthly massage through the app and not having to call the store due to a hectic schedule. Now all of a sudden the extra 30 min add on massage ( 90 minute ) has been removed as an option. As a member this is a MAJOR inconvenience, as I’m no longer able to see all of the available appointments in front of me. The spa told me they’re unable to help with anything booked via the app and the customer support never got back to me after trying to contact them twice .

I have a iPhone 14+ and can’t get this app to work for the life of me. It just keeps spinning like a page is loading. By the time it goes to next screen (IF it actually goes) the appt hold time of 5 min has expired.

I never had an issue until a few weeks ago. Now when I go to schedule a massage, only a Swedish massage shows up and no others. I hate having to talk to someone to book.
