I’ve been using this for 3 hours and not working at all I try to refund my money and they refuse to refund my money this app is totally fake

It said all you have to do is enter a phone number and you can see where that family member is..so it asked for the phone number once I download the app and then it went to a map, as if it was going to locate my daughter and it asked for a fee so you could have a week for $11.99… so I said, OK let’s see if this actually works. I downloaded the app and then it didn’t ask for a cell phone number anymore INSTEAD it asked for the other person to scan a QR code so they can be connected to your phone it’s a lie… it’s a trap. Don’t get it.
