The idea behind OurHangouts is you meet people who like to go to the same places you do. You add places to your Hangouts list and then learn about events, people, and other things related to those places. The places you like can send you promotions, schedules, and other things. As you get to know people by connecting to places you can communicate with them thru messaging.
