I gotr the app and it took me a few minutes to figure out how to use the app. I try to add a plant that is not listed, the help didn't help. I also would like to alphabetize my list of plants and put the lots together so I can see the best way to lay out the garden.

I don’t understand the other reviews that are unable to navigate or understand how to use this app. I am on my 6th season using it with my vegetable gardens and greenhouse and absolutely love it. Sure, the first couple of seasons had some growing pains, but even then it was better than others on the market. Those were basically simple databases to record your results and what you planted. This app always did more, i.e., simple layout designs, individual plant locations and multiple gardens for any season. It’s not difficult to add your own plants, different varieties and their different info of each variety and even where you buy those seeds or seedlings. It gives you frost free planting dates for your area and common insect pest info. Each plant entry has several “note” fields that you could enter customizable info like different plant needs, ways to plant, diseases and how to treat themand etc. The one thing I wish I could record would be seasonal info like drought, heavy rains, cold, hot, dry, bug invaision or maybe too sick to work the garden and the final overall result. This app isn’t dependent on a master database on the internet; it’s all your info. My database has more than 300 different records that I tap into or refer back to see if I want to plant a certain variety again or not. It is easier than paper records to keep track. I use both the desktop version and the iOS on my iPad. If I design on my computer and then use my iPad to take notes in the garden or greenhouse, I use Dropbox to sync both to stay current all of the time. So try it and work with it; give it a chance. I think you will find it to be like a small “Swiss Army Knife” of gardening apps but not so over bearing with data that you really never use all of them. Sorry for the length of this review but it needs some clarification because it is very useful.

This is difficult to use. Does not have simple things like “rose” under flowers. Directions to add plants aren’t clear. Almost no navigation tools. I wanted a simple way to plot my garden because I want to be gardening, not trying to figure out this planner. I would like a refund!

Why can’t I view plants basic details provided through the app…? Also it would be nice if you added an expected first harvest date for each plant. Idk plus If I own it on my phone why do I have to purchase it again without having my data brought over. Annoying

The moment I opened this app after having purchased it, I wished I could get my money back. It provides nothing you couldn't set up on spreadsheet yourself in a few minutes. I am amazed it was allowed to be sold, since it degrades my confidence that these apps have been vetted for usefulness. I am really disgusted.
