I deleted my account and I won’t be back. Some of the advisors on here are scammers for sure. What a waste of time and money. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on here speaking with several different advisors, getting different answers, which is a huge red flag. Thank you but no, not coming back

I have a really hard time trusting people which is why I’ve asked several different psycics on here about my situation and they all tell me the same thing, but each has different clarity to it. Julie J is disgusting human and should not be any type of psychic at all. No compassion nor empathy. Customer service finally deleted all messages from all psychics I blocked. I have a few favorites on here but they do need some type of reward system for clients that keep coming back other than the referral one. Other than this I enjoy this app

I got charged over $120 from a glitch from this app when they continued to run my card and didnt add my money to my account. I sent the receipts to customer service and they complained when i had to submit a chargeback on my card for a glitch. It was $10. They basically told me i was lying and there wa s”no proof” and threatened to ban me when I spend hundreds on this app and have never had this problem. I screenshotted my credit card statement and sent it to them. Over $120 of pending charges from the app that never got deposited to my account. They were well aware of what happened. I explained in detail. They told me my account was able to be used again and now I no longer have access again at all. So they continued to ban me after telling me they wouldnt. None of this was my fault, it was a glitch and My money was stolen. They basically blamed me unfairly and tried to punish for something out of my control. I didnt do anything wrong. I sent all the receipts and they still have yet to allow me back on the app. It’s ridiculous, I unfairly lost my whole account and cant access anything. They dont care about thier customers they only care about thier money clearly. I got treated like crap by customer service. Not a trustworthy company to work with at all. Thier app has constant glitches and you cant trust then to not take your money and not deliver. So dissatisfied and dissatisfied when I use to love this app and spent soo much time and money into being one of their best customers and they treated me AWFUL. All over $10. It’s honestly insane. Cant believe it. Appalled.

The satisfaction guarantee is seeming fake to me because there is no phone number to call. I emailed twice and I have not gotten an answer from them I would like a refund or credit back into the app.
