The App is Very Glitchy
Every time I go to change the alarm status on my phone the app glitches! Updates have not help.

Had a camera installed and added to my app and now it’s constantly crashing and closing itself out. Takes me double the time to disarm my system or look at my camera footage because my app keeps constantly closing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and it is still doing it. VERY frustrating and makes me regret getting the camera.

I have to use an iPad to connect my phone to the doorbell camera, but the app simply does not work on iPads. You can’t view cameras or hit a button. This is after redownloading the app, giving it whatever permissions it needs, and simply waiting for hours to see if it’ll simply load. It doesn’t thought. The app is completely broken and useless on iPads and needs to be fixed.

- Made modifications to camera enrollment flows to better support different models. - Resolved an issue that prevented the password strength meter from working when adding a user. - Updated some verbiage around certain camera motion detection area configurations. - Added missing localizations. - Resolved an issue where unenrolling a zone would temporarily remove all zones associated with that sensor regardless of zone input index. - Resolved user device permissions UI issues. - Resolved issues with the arm silent / arm audibly modifier. - Resolved issues that caused various lists to be incorrectly sorted. - Resolved camera related issues for certain models.
