The app doesn’t work well with iPhone 15
I’ve been using this for yearsssss with my previous iPhones, but now since I got the iPhone 15 with the Dynamic Island thing, I can’t click the menu anymore. Other than that superb service

I had a great experience and then randomly the text support stopped responding and they never showed up to get my laundry today. I wait at home for 4 hours and they never came by. They haven’t responded via text or email. I’m super confused and annoyed because the first time it was great. Now out of the blue no response?

As a mom of 2 boys and a husband in physical labor, our laundry is always piled high. With our small apartment sized washer/dryer I can only get so much laundry done at a time but thankfully for DropMint I can schedule a pick up easily. My laundry is picked up in a timely matter by the kindest young man, cleaned to our preferences and returned folded the next day! DropMint has made all the difference! Before we were drowning in laundry now when I need an extra hand catching up DropMint is a LIFELINE! I'm so grateful to have such an amazing company available to utilize. The prices are amazing, employees have been a dream to work with and we have yet to have a single complaint after almost a year of use.

I don’t ask for much. There’s 3 of us - 2 teens and myself. If I bag up each persons stuff separate - just wash and fold them together. Don’t mix theM. I don’t care about separating whites or delicates. Just don’t mix them. I just spent 3 hours going through 60 pounds of laundry to try to separate out 3 peoples laundry. When everyone wears about them same size. This is the 3rd and final time I’ve asked them to do this and the 3rd and final time they didn’t get it right. I even talked to someone on the phone about it and I was so hopeful this time. I had my last fluff and fold service for 5 years and they had no problems with this simple request. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I hope you do too.

This is the best laundry wash/fold and dry cleaning service I have used! I've lived in NYC, Miami and New Orleans and DropMint is the best in the industry. They are professional and do a great job. The quality of the work is best in class! I would highly recommend using this service. Even if you just need dry cleaning or a blanket washed I would not go anywhere but DropMint. I've tried a couple places in the San Diego area and I can say that I don't have to look any further. Try the extend service as well for those on a budget. They can wash and sort. You get everything laid out to fold yourself! Oh they even pick up and deliver for free!! Super cool concept. Thanks DropMint!! Oh and they even get out pet hair!!!
