Good Features, Limited Export/Share
I like having the ability to create a micro-plan. I wish there were alternative formats to sharing the plan such as to text, rtf/doc, csv, or pdf file. The html format is as not user friendly. Also, the report formatting could be improved so that the majority of the report was not shaded in dark blue with black text.

I’d like to be able to give this app 5 stars, as it really seems like it could be a game-changer for me in helping me to deal with pretty severe executive dysfunction from ADHD. However, I’m encountering one serious flaw: the app doesn’t give me any push notifications whatsoever, meaning that I have to have it open constantly for it to serve any purpose at all (because, again, I have executive dysfunction—meaning that if a scheduling app doesn’t send me notifications to remind me that it exists, it might as well not be installed at all). I tried fixing this in both the app’s settings and my phone’s Notifications settings; the former didn’t have any options to turn notifications on or off (just a toggle for “sound”, which didn’t seem to fix anything), and changing notification preferences in the latter didn’t do anything, either. If the lack of notifications is an oversight on the development side of the app, it’s a really major one. If there’s any way to deal with this issue, I’ll update my review to 5 stars. I should probably note that I am running iOS 13.5.1 on an iPhone SE—I’d update my OS to try to troubleshoot things, but another review mentioned that the app began to crash after the iOS 14 update, so I don’t want to risk making things worse.

Takes away the need to jot down on paper when working backwards to see when I need to leave. Also, very helpful when scheduling glitches come up to figure out how best to rearrange the day. Has significantly helped with my tendency to over-schedule myself!

I love this app, 5 stars, but ever since I updated to IOS 14.4 it crashes on launch. I’ll update my review when I can open it again! Also, the sounds are really loud, even with the volume down. An option to set the in-app volume would be great. One other suggestion: an option to create a plan with no start date (just one that you can use “as needed”) would be much appreciated.

It really really helps me. There’s a few explanations (like parts plan) or features that could be added (its Atari style basic), but whatever, I’m a better person with this app. I underestimated how much of a difference microscheduling would help me, not only by facilitating planning, but also by having an external regulator.

DBL has been updated to allow users with their devices language set to non-English to handle DBL Plans from the DBL Website, and from users with language set to English. If your device is set to a language other than English, you may not have seen the DBL sample Plans; if not consider going to the DBL website and downloading them.
