No one contacted
How stupid it is not to be able to use the program APP if you are not a high-volume dealer. I filled out the forms on the website, but no one contacted me and I do not have access to the settings . I had to return two sets of DS4 to the seller.
Does not Show Solutions.
As a Technician I use this app fairly often on the daily basis. The main Problem is the Solution page gets Stuck on the loading screen. I can still use DirectWire to find all my wires but when I’m with a customer and I’m trying to see what module would be best compatible or see the Install guides it won’t even open and I have to hop on the Desktop to open what I’m looking for. I Hope they fix this bug because it is annoying. Next time I am on the phone with TechSupport I will address this problem to find out what it could be. I did reset my phone and delete the app and all that and it still seems to do it. Other Than that I still do use this app and it’s not bad for what it is.
Some tabs not working
The solutions tab does not load it gets past all the vehicle selections and then once you choose a device to look at the instructions it gets stuck with the loading circle and have to close app and reopen before I can do anything else thought it may be a internet problem but all other tabs work fine and I left on loading circle for over 45 min and still never loaded phone is 12pro max iPhone
Took away direct wire
Little to no point installing this without direct wire.
Good but needs to be updated
Has been working fine today the direct wire tab disappeared and can no longer get wire diagrams for vehicles

Cannot flash or change settings DS4/DS4+
Can’t flash DS4/DS4+ hangs at SmartStart select,says no brands can be found. Won’t bring up advance so can’t access for programming changes-iPhones and Android
