So many great workouts to get you moving! You can really engage no matter your starting fitness level and make no mistake the HIIT workouts are HARD! You’ll never get bored, might learn to dance and get a dancer’s body! This is my 2nd year and still love it.

I am a professional dancer who chose to “retire” from performance after 2020 and now work in a different industry. I keep my passion for dance alive through dancing and teaching for fun - I LOVE this app!!!! So many classes, even the Level 1’s are an amazing workout and it brings me such joy. The joy that motivated me to work within the industry from the start!! Also I have never trained in ballroom but I’m so thrilled I have the chance to do so recreationally from the comfort of my living room now. Could not be more enthused about this resource.
