Prescriptions are never filled until you call
The prescriptions sit in the “getting refilled” queue for days to weeks when you refill via the app. Every refill requires the patient to call multiple times.

The app has suddenly stopped letting me sign in. It keeps telling me there was a problem with my password. I use Face ID so I am not entering a password. I had to delete and redownload the app to reset my password. It still says I have the wrong password.

When you renew on the app be prepared to wait for 3-4 weeks before staff get around to filing it and they will only do so after countless phone calls. You hit renew and it ends up in the “getting refilled” queue for an eternity. Staff are not renewing the requests off the app in an ethical timeframe.

What’s the point of having this application, if you can’t submit refills or transfer a prescription in it? I can get my med list online with my hospital. Unfortunately that’s all this app is right now, is a list of your meds because you can’t seem to do anything else with it.

My med account at the pharmacy uses the apostrophe in my last name. I’m not able to create an acct with the app because the app doesn’t accept the apostrophe. Any chance this can be fixed?

The app may work fine, but it doesn’t allow refilling at the Centerra Pharmacy Which makes it useless to me.
