No Refund/ Exchange/ Return available
This company does its job of ordering & shipping to your place but unfortunately you can really do anything about refund/ return/ exchange when there’s something wrong with the product you received. You pay a lot for the international shipping fee and if you get a damaged product or something wrong, there’s nothing you can do about it. FYI

I've been shopping with bringko for about 1.5 years now, and I've noticed that as of recently it takes them a lot longer to process and ship out orders than before. I still use their services because it is undeniably convenient and there are a lot of things in Korea that still aren't available in the US, but it's a bit disappointing that they're not as speedy as they used to be. For contrast, before it used to take 1.5-2 weeks for a bringko order to arrive to my house whereas now it takes 3 or a bit longer. Also, sometimes I find it difficult adding products to cart or the add to cart button doesn't appear at all at times.

Now they are changing $2 per item. I added 10 items and the service charge was $20!! It was too much for sure. Some of the items were like $1-2 and i had to pay more than what the actual items cost. Time to look for a different company

I ordered pimple patches on this app and it costed in total 5.94 which is perfect. But then a few days pasted and they send me an email about a overseas fee, that I have to pay which is basically a second payment which is kinda outrageous. On top of the that the fee is 28.32 Literally how is the “shipping fee” like 4 times that the actual product. I get this product is from Korea but the price should’ve been stated clear just once and that’s it. Now what if I pay the 28 dollars and then I have to make a surprising 3rd fee, but either way it’s too much so if you guys are going to buy from this app just don’t, it’s not worth it.
