They hardly ever update the app, so it has lots of errors.

So he can use the hot spot to connect his laptop to the internet. Somehow he disabled the location setting so you don’t know where the location of the phone is.

This app use to be great! I would have given 5 stars, then they start doing all these updates and now nothing is protected on my kids tablet. They can download and play whatever game. I have been in contact with them several times and the issue has not been resolved. Just keep giving me the run around “update, update update” well the updates don’t work. I’m Very disappointed. Need to find another security that will actually work now I guess.

This app is straightforward and simple to use. It blocks games when I want it to. I can set some as encouraged which I love. The Spin browser and how to use it needs more clarification but other than that I am happy as a parent of a teen. It gets the job done efficiently. The customer service is fast and they do listen to what you suggest and actually submit fixes when needed in a timely manner.
