I keep getting a messsge that the app can’t control the light. Crashes when I try to adjust the alarm

Since an update, I can’t set the wake up light to zero sounds. I want to use the sunrise feature without any sounds. Please fix this.

I like to use sunset and sunrise. Helps a lot in the winter. Would like to be able to turn the sound off but that is not the fault of the app but the device, probably the same with the Bluetooth connection as it frequently doesn’t connect. When the app connects, it’s a big advantage to not have to fumble in the dark to manually setup each night’s sunset. App instructions not too clear, would like to be able to adjust the time the white light is on (especially in the mornings) and “duration” doesn’t seem to control that. After some power surges “sunset” wasn’t working properly (again, probably the device, not the app) but after a couple of months it started working again.

So the functions are nice. Same frustrations as others. My biggest frustration is that every morning it disconnects after the alarm goes off making it impossible to snooze or even turn it off using the app. What’s the point of the app then? Annoying

I like the big light and that it will get bright enough to read with, just not in the sleep mode. The red sunset is really red which seems to be a good thing. I wish the alarm sound could be turned off entirely, kind of a nuisance to have to turn it off and then turn the light back on.

I have the WL 75 model, I like a lot of the functions such as the night light and rain sounds.(Thunder would be nice though :) ) Although, I don’t like being unable to use the night/reading light when using the mood or sleep mode. I would love this app and device much more if that were a function. I’ve been trying to figure out how to do so and cannot figure it out. So for now 3/5stars

App function can’t control the light while it’s waking up. Also a sound HAS to play as well, even with sound on lowest setting you can hear annoying birds. Radio sound quality is worthless & isn’t DAB
