Just opens to store logo and freezes on all my iOS 17 devices.

App won’t open. No customer support at all.
This app has worked for other people?
I have an iPhone 15 updated to the most current software version. Downloaded the app and opened it, but could not get past the company logo on the startup screen. That’s all the app does, show a logo and that’s it. Is there some secret to getting past this screen, or something?
I ordered two flannels by accident. I only wanted one
I just ordered yesterday so can you stop one of the orders. It's the same flannel and I only needed ONE. Please help or call me Thank you Robin
Terrible Customer Service
Made first purchase and all went smooth. Second purchase received PayPal receipt but no receipt from Angry Minnow. Waited 3 days and contacted them via app chat. Waited and waited for someone to answer and finally left chat. Received e-mail later that day telling me they were busy and I should have waited,and when I asked about my second purchase information they continually referred to my first purchase. Sent multiple e-mails asking about my second purchase and person sending response acted like I was trying to rip them off by asking for my order number and tracking number. I at one point told them they had pi$$ poor customer service. I opened a claim with pay-pal because at this point I thought I was getting ripped off. After I made pay-pal claim Angry Minnow FINALLY sent me a tracking #. And they sent a VERY nasty response to me via pay-pal claim. Pay-pal seen the message they sent, it included a threat of sending my local police with a restraining order and demanding I send the item they had sent a couple hours before back and said I was never to order again and they were going to report me to some Shopify people for abusing their staff. I would never over step when trying to get information about an order. I don’t treat people like that. Pay-pal escalated my claim automatically when they seen Angry Minnows response to me.I will NEVER buy or recommend ANYONE to order from them because their customer service is PI$$ POOR!!! Angry Minnow?? Yea, they totally live up to they’re name of a customer has an honest question.
Hat purchase
I bought a hat two weeks ago and received it today. I liked so I tried to buy another today, when I tried to pay, I did not receive the Black Friday discount as you said would be taken off at purchase, and the shipping was twice the amount from the the first hat that I purchased, could not reach you by phone because your inbox was full. Please remove me from your subscription, I’m done with you.
