Worthless app
I paid a fortune for these alibi cameras. The online system works sometimes, sometimes it doesn’t. The app takes forever to open. The cameras some cells record everything no matter what parameters you put in and they’re constantly alerting you. Save your money. I have a ring spotlight camera at another house that never fails and the app is perfect all the time

I got surveillance cameras for my business a couple months ago and my IT company suggested this. It’s awful. So so painfully slow to open app and view anything. It would be quicker for me to drive 30 minutes to my business to view what is going on.

Don’t use this app!! Once in the demo mode, you cannot exit that mode. Support told me it is “too complicated to explain.”
