No longer letting me log in
After the update two days ago, the application stopped working and I can no longer log into the app, I tried to create a new profile but the same problem occurs, the application doesn’t go past the log in page. 😥

I downloaded the upgrade and now I’m having a hard time with it!.. keeps crashing and I have go in again to scan and it take about an hour 😡. Now it’s not doing anything.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Camera has stopped working. I see the same complaint over and over again about not being able to login to the account!!! Disappointed!!!
What have you done?
The last app update was one month ago. What did you do? The camera is uncontrollable. One touch and it dives to the ground. Another and you are looking at the wall behind the camera. Forgot fine tuning the location! If you don’t fix the software I will have to return them as useless. Way to ruin a good product.

I have used this app for a few months now. This most recent update has ruined the app. I can no longer control the camera. One tap sends it spinning around uncontrollably. Please tell me you are go to stop fixing what isn’t broken.
If I could get negative starts I would
The app wouldn’t let me log in with phone number or email. I tried multiple numbers and emails. None of them worked. Do not recommend don’t waste your money.
Question.
I just got this camera yesterday. Set it up and was working fine. Few hours later just keeps saying “ preparing for video”. Does this for hours on end. I can’t get into the surveillance camera at all. Not seeing any support tabs to get help with this situation either. Any tips?
