Works half the time
Very often get connection error, the camera doesn’t start, swiping fails to open the door. Sometimes coming into the app pushes several view controllers. the callkit integration makes it tricky to quickly get to the answer screen. no way to access the door or camera without answering a call. really wish the api was published and could just make my own

This app was working but then lost connection and had to delete and reinstall, now having trouble re-registering as it will not let me agree to agreement so unable to move forward. Would love a custom service number to work through this problem.

get a call and have to scramble to get to the call screen because of the calllkit implementation takes 3 taps. then often the video feed rarely works and the swipe to open rarely works. pretty standard network setup here. just 1 router. everything else works great on my network except this app

This app is missing the basic functionality of being able to access the entrance video and open the door without the need for a call. This should not be difficult to implement and should be functionality out of the box. Also would be great to have a watch app.

Greatly improved building access but more than half the time it takes so long for the app to load while our system was ringing that it was too late for me to unlock the door OR I get a system failure error. Would highly recommend a way to more easily unlock the door directly through the phone call (ie press a single number on keypad to unlock)
