Please fix the issue where you can delete old businesses in the app
Very buggy
Something is going on with the admin app lately. It is constantly buggy. There have been numerous updates and it gets worse each time. Now when I enter the app there’s a delay, then when clicking on an appointment it just shuts down. So it’s basically useless at this point. It was a fine app a year ago and served its purpose for me however now it’s not working.
New update has major problems
Just updated the app and now I can’t see any of my upcoming appointments.
Well….
The app itself is straightforward but it’s glitchy. For instance, if the web version is used to book appointments, it doesn’t show up on the app (for me anyway). It shows my past appointments and that I’ve paid but not my next appointment. I’d also like the option to add a different payment plan on the app, instead of having to do it when I pay for my appointment. I’ve done all the updates and my phone version is up to do date but the same problem persists. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app as well but nothing worked. I haven’t had an issue with customer support, they’re pretty good about trying to help but the problem is still ongoing.
Payment failure
Can’t manually input card number for payment. Receive the message “There was an unexpected error—try again in a few minutes”. For a full week now.
Neglected
Here’s the thing. It’s really straight forward. Squarespace has completely neglected Acuity since they acquired it. In their 2022 update, less than 5% of features were dedicated to Scheduling. You can’t customize the wording. You can’t customize the appearance. You can’t customize the checkout. You can’t check out on your domain. You can’t customize the post-checkout confirmation page. You can’t use Apple Pay even if you use stripe as a payment processor. You can’t take google pay either. You can’t enroll people in email campaigns. I interviewed a team out of India and they built all of this and more for me for under 10 grand. This multimillion dollar company can’t get it done in 5 years. When your strategy is ‘hire more PR reps than coders’ the source of the problem is really clear. And throughout it all, they hide behind a “we can log your feature request” response with every complaint. Don’t let it fool you - this is just a way to make you feel listened to, and they have zero intent of actually implementing any of the features the community recommends. Very poor service, wouldn’t recommend to an enemy.
