Cool app
Pretty cool way to look at the year, my only issue is when I click on “overview” to see the whole year is takes me to 2019 for some reason and I have to click over to 2021. I assume it’s just a bug, so I hope it gets fixed soon.
Better before everything was premium
Got this before they made everything a premium feature
Bug deletes notes
It seems there is a bug where several different pathways after writing a note can cause it to disappear/reset back to the default. Too bad, the app seemed useful otherwise.
Disappointed
I purchased premium on the 1st day I found out about this app (sometime early January, I think). I’ve set up reminders in the app to ask at a specific time to put my mood of the day, and if I tap the notification, it takes me to the non-premium version. I need to close the app and open it again to see that I have premium. Since this has been going on for the last few months, I have canceled auto-renew and will not be renewing my sub after this expires. I have emailed the support email but received nothing. I’ve watched the last few updates and nothing has been resolved. The last update today left the app unable to restore my subscription purchase. I dislike leaving low-star reviews but this is getting ridiculous.
Ruined by premium
I would honestly pay a flat fee for the “premium features” (which many other similar apps offer for free), but $2 a MONTH?? Seriously? There’s already ads which is totally fine, I get you have to make money, but I feel like the developers are trying to rip me off with the premium prices. I’ve been using this app since 2018 because it’s the most cohesive with Apple in my opinion, but features that used to be free now cost. It’s disappointing to see an app I loved turn into a cash grab.
Colors
It won’t move to see the other colors
Changing apps
I used this app for all of 2019, daily, faithfully. This app started as a really great app! You could log your day, and journal what happened. But then, MONTHS into the year, they updated the app where you have to have a *subscription* to use the journaling, and changed the colors. It took many complaints for them to fix it so we could change the colors back, which I am grateful for, but I find the subscription for the journaling shameful. For 2020, I am leaving this app. I found others that charge a flat fee for their apps, and there are others that are free. I no longer recommend this app to my friends or anyone else.
