Complete and Unmitigated Garbage

template headings have no letters - they reuqire manual editing, and the letters for the most part are written on a kindergarten writing level. there is little to no chance anyone will take you seriously using a letter from this ill informed application. This was a complete waste of money.

Would like a refund

It is a great and convenient idea with a pretty good variety of letters. However, some of the templates are blank. After I click on a tab, and a sub-category, and the letter I want to look at/use, the screen is blank. I tried exiting it and re-opening the program, but still, nothing. Waste of $11.99
