We're here to make 50 the new 30, 80 the new 60, and help people to feel great at every stage of life. 

Our science is real, and backed up by 100+ clinical trials. This app was built alongside a team of medical doctors, longevity scientists and researchers, and we are constantly updating and evaluating our recommendations. All you need to do is download the app, and we take care of the rest. 

The app helps you track 8 key pillars of longevity: mood, sleep, exercise, sunlight exposure, cold immersion, fasting, supplements and blood tests. You will have daily recommended goals across each of these domains, which are aggregated to form your longevity score. We are adding new pillars in the coming months, so please let us know what you'd like to see. 

For Health data we use Vital SDK and passive tracking of digital biomarkers and are compatible with almost all wearables, including Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, Oura, and many more. Our platform is at the intersection of behavioural science and longevity science, employing psychology and neuroscience to support you in maintaining your life-extending habits. The Zest app connects you to the wider Zest ecosystem, allowing you to access detailed progress tracking, reminders, supplements, and information on the latest developments in longevity science.

Use of our app is completely free - just select the software plan during the onboarding. If you would like to purchase some of our longevity products such as supplements and home test kits, you can select one of our pro plans. These are available in the US only at the moment. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration.
