To much Work
Alot of work! the last thing i want to be frustrated with during my work out is the app i am relying on from my coach. The font is small and if you have gotten to certain age small font is just not an option. There is no place for personal notes about your sets for you to reference to on your next workout The supersets are set up as individual work sets. Once you mark one item done you have to scroll all the way up the page and then click to move to next screen to mark the other part of your superset-

It’s very hard to activate buttons in the app, I have to tap 2-3 times to send a chat message, or save to my exercise log.
Works smoothly
Love the minimalist design and the attached work video examples that come with each exercise
Tracking and Training made easy
Love it. It is perfect to log in your exercises and not get lost in the week with you progress and routine. It would be nice for it to sync with MyFitnessPal Daily Log.
Frustrating app
I have more problems on this app than any other. Pages don’t load and when my trainer writes something I can’t see all that he puts. I also recently uploaded my pics, stats, and then it won’t load. Have tried to communicate with support but they are terrible at getting back. I dislike this app. Fix it!
