Y+ is well known for its experienced international teachers, comfortable facility & environment, and professional service & management teams. Y+ Yoga is the member of Yoga Alliance, we provide nearly 300 courses each week, including: Ashtanga, Flow Yoga, Iyengar and etc.  Y+ provides bilingual courses for members of all levels. We also invite famous yoga masters from all over the world to conduct opening classes, workshops and teacher training courses.
