Yogamoxi is a living and breathing yoga encyclopedia, ever-growing with the needs of the yoga teaching community. Use it to explore yoga topics (alignment, themes, etc.)! The technical alignment content inspired me to begin my first 200-hr YTT. The timer function is helping me prepare to teach my own classes!
