I used to have this app back in 2018 but then when i tried to return to the app in 2021 it was not updated and buggy. Coming back today to see that it was updated 7 months ago and it’s optimized better than it was before made me happy. If you’re reading this, this app is literally free and if you rate it 5 stars, you can access all videos for free. Rating it to unlock them all is better than paying for a subscription. The only con there is that you have to only pay to remove the annoying ads that pop up every time you open a video or new section. This is a hidden gem for yoga, if you dislike the app so much just look up the yoga videos from the app on YouTube, I followed Leslie Fightmaster’s 30 day beginner program on the app and continued with her 90 day yoga fix on YouTube.
