Very easy, AI generated, no transitions
Even at the hardest level, this was way too easy as I was looking for more of a challenge. The videos are AI generated, which wouldn’t be bad, except there were a few moves that the description and the woman didn’t match up. Plus one move would have you on the ground and the next standing, then back to the ground with no transition to get there. I was turned off by this so much that after trying it daily for 2 weeks, I went back to Asana Rebel. I did find the music nice and calming and the streak counter motivational

I love this App. I never review apps, but this is one of my few essential phone tools that I cannot live without. I love the 30 day challenges and now that I’ve been using it over a year, I typically have a few challenges running at the same time and I can wake up and decide how I feel that day. This app was part of my tool kit to lose 60 pounds over this past year. Waking up with this app and getting started every day with a little yoga has become part of a routine that gets my metabolism started, but more importantly makes me feel good about myself. I love the feeling of getting my muscles going and a good stretch. I’m not a gym rat so this is nice that I can do this in the privacy of my room or my hotel or wherever I am. I travel a lot so having this right on my phone and with me all the time is a lifesaver.

The voice and dialog is nonsensical and annoying. I don’t find the workouts engaging - I get more out of my own plans from past instructors, it’s not challenging enough. Aside from that the sign up structure for workouts is suspect - only a very limited amount aren’t hidden behind a secondary paywall for a plus account. Also, I was charged for a second package that I didn’t know was an additional subscription and wasn’t made aware until until my first monthly bill. I reached out to customer support but never received a response. This app and their business practices are shoddy at best.

This is a ripoff….. I only received 1 lesson. I don’t know if I can cancel anything or not. When I try to open the app….only a yellow dot. RIPOFF!!!!!

I thought this looked great, I signed up and the next thing I know the app is renewing at a higher rate than sign up and it was difficult to find where my card was stored. After about two weeks of using the app the videos started glitching. Cutting off the beginning or end and moving through a sequence in a way that makes no sense. Lay down, stand up, lay down again. Finally the notifications I think, made to “motivate” you are actually very condescending and shaming. Plus they ping you constantly all day long. Save your money and find Yoga with Adrien on YouTube

The subscription doesn’t show up on Apple settings so you have to go thru online website to cancel. I didn’t even know I had the app and never used it and was billed despite zero activity. Will attempt to dispute the charges on credit card.
