These are all AI generated. Many, many errors in these workouts such as failure to transition, failure to allow time/instruction on 2nd side. First few mistakes were were ok, but after numerous errors, reached out to support to inquire how to submit comments for quality improvement. Directed to FAQ and request to email back if FAQ didn’t answer query. Emailed back as instructed and ended up in an AI auto response loop with the same check-FAQ instruction. all AI instruction which is rather poorly done and very disjointed, zero support from humans. Not worth the money. Highly recommend down dog yoga app instead.

I canceled my subscription on the renewal day and they charged my card and would not refund my money. They offered me a 1-yr complimentary subscription but never gave it to me and will not respond to my emails. Worst customer service EVER!!!

If an AI voice is what you want for your yoga flow then this is for you. Movements are not timed well at all. Do 2 on each side and you get 30 seconds, do 5 on each side and the AI voice is already into the next movement.

I had cancelled this membership in March of 2023 and was told it was done. Then I get invited for a free month trial which I did not opt-in to. I was again charged this month as my “trial” was over. I am so tired of not reaching a human being…. Plus, I received info this company was in a data breach. I am not a complainer. I enjoyed the App, but a back injury led me to cancel. Be warned about their business practice.
